PRIVATE LABEL HARDWARE

We help Hobby Shops Grow.

What is Private Labeling?

Most businesses thrive off of return customers. Customers stop in to your shop, have a pleasant experience, and then continue to shop at your store for weeks, months, and hopefully, years to come. These customers are most valuable to stores, because not only will they continue to buy from you, but they will tell others how great your store is.

One of the best ways to retain customers, and increase profits, is Private Labeling. This is the process of selling someone else’s product, with your store’s logo on it. For example, Target sells a variety of branded snacks from companies like General Mills and Frito-Lay, but it also sell its own chips and crackers under the Archer Farms brand – Target’s private label brand.

Having your own Private Label Brand has numerous benefits, including:

  • Increase Profit Margins
  • Increased Customer Retention
  • Control Over Price
  • Control Over Branding

Think of it like this, any time a customer purchases a product with your logo on it, they will remember where they got it from, and will come back time and time again. As opposed to buying a Name Brand Part, which can be bought at any hobby store or on Amazon.

STEP 1 - Consulting

First, we need to find out what products your store needs. Do you sell more Metric or Standard parts? Do you primarily sell R/C Cars, Planes, or other vehicles? Once we can nail down what products will do the best in your store, we can move on to step 2.

STEP 2 - BRANDING

Next comes the exciting part, Branding your products. Under your supervision, we create a custom headercard design with your store's logo, as well as any additional information you may want (phone number, address, etc.). Once that's finished, we send the designs off to our printer to print out enough cards for your first order.

STEP 3 - ORDERING

Finally, once the products have been decided and the headercards have been printed, it's time to place your first order. After that, it's as simple as keeping inventory in your store. Whenever you start to run low, simply let us know, and we will have replenished parts in 3-5 business days.
